1. The estate of Richard Hobson is the sole holder of the intellectual property rights (Holder) in the artworks featured and sold on Richard Hobson Art (Artwork) and shall remain the owner of all intellectual property rights (including moral rights) in the Artwork (including any digital versions) regardless of any Artwork being sold to a purchaser.
2. The purchase of an Artwork shall not confer any intellectual property rights (nor, for the avoidance of doubt the right to copy or reproduce an Artwork) in the Artwork to a purchaser.
3. Unless agreed in writing by the Holder, the purchaser (including any employees or subcontractors of the purchaser, if applicable) of any Artwork must not modify the Artwork in any way, nor use any illustrations, photographs or any graphics of the Artwork in an alternative format, media or extracts for any use other than personal and must not use any illustrations, photographs, graphics, alternative formats or copies of the Artwork for commercial purposes (including publishing any image of the Artwork for a non-commercial purpose).
4. The purchaser of an Artwork shall not sub-licence the Artwork to any third party without the prior written permission of the Holder.
5. The purchaser of an Artwork agrees that it will not, nor will it instruct any third parties to produce a copy of the Artwork or produce any artwork or work which is similar to the Artwork.
